SWIR Filters designed by MidOpt® enhance image contrast and quality of InGaAs camera technology used a range of different industrial imaging applications that operate in the SWIR (Short-Wave Infrared) spectral range.

SWIR Filters are useful in applications imaging from 900-2300nm, including agriculture sorting and defect inspection and imaging “through” certain types of plastics, such as Polyethylene and Polypropylene. They are also useful in imaging through fog and condensation in difficult surveillance applications.
