The MidOpt LA120 Light Balancing Filter (Minus Blue) corrects the ~120 mired color change created by some high color temperature lighting (appearing bluish), including some Xenon and metal halide lamps, while eliminating a large portion of the ultraviolet (UV) spectrum. Instead of using warm white LEDs, placing an LA120 filter over the camera lens and using cool white (blueish) LEDs results in the same apparent color, but with higher intensity, longer life and lower cost. The LA120 features StablEDGE design to reduce angular dependency and minimize the effects of short-shifting.
