The MidOpt BN470 Narrow Blue Bandpass Filter is commonly used in fluorescence applications or in LED or laser diode applications with higher than normal ambient lighting conditions. MidOpt Bandpass Filters have a broad, Gaussian passband to mimic and accommodate the entire output of the most common LED wavelengths, are double-side polished for exceptional parallelism and optical flatness, are anti-reflection (AR) coated to limit glare and minimize reflection loss and have StablEDGE technology to reduce angular dependency and minimize the effects of short-shifting.
