MidOpt - Bi350 Near-Ultraviolet (UV) Interference Bandpass Filter

The MidOpt Bi350 Near-Ultraviolet (UV) Interference Bandpass Filter can be used with 350nm UV LED, UV fluorescent and other UV-producing lamp-based lighting. The Bi350 is used in consumer, medical and scientific applications including insect attraction, pharmaceutical and other instrumentation. Bi350 filters are designed to block visible (VIS) through near-infrared (IR) wavelengths while passing UV light. They are also useful for near-UV fluorescence imaging, blocking VIS light and light from deeper UV excitation sources. The substrate material is a precision polished absorptive filter glass that blocks deep red and near-IR (NIR) wavelengths. MidOpt Bandpass Filters have a broad, Gaussian passband to mimic and accommodate the entire output of the most common LED wavelengths, are double-side polished for exceptional parallelism and optical flatness and are anti-reflection (AR) coated to limit glare and minimize reflection loss.
