The MidOpt LP1000 Short-Wave Infrared (IR) Longpass Filter cuts on starting at 860nm and is most frequently used with IR Vidicon or InGaAs cameras, where it generally cuts off wavelengths short of the 1550nm telecommunications band. The LP1000 blocks almost all light that CCD/CMOS cameras are sensitive to. MidOpt Longpass Filters have a broad, Gaussian passband to mimic and accommodate the entire output of the most common LED wavelengths, are double-side polished for exceptional parallelism and optical flatness and are anti-reflection (AR) coated to limit glare and minimize reflection loss.
