The MidOpt SP701 Extended Hot Mirror (Reflects Near-Infrared (IR) Wavelengths Up To 1550nm) is designed for applications where full spectrum IR (heat) and / or ultraviolet (UV) radiation are an issue. The SP701 provides extended hot mirror blocking throughout the UV and in the near-IR (NIR) out to 1550nm. The substrate is heat-resistant Borofloat. MidOpt Shortpass Filters have a broad, Gaussian passband to mimic and accommodate the entire output of the most common LED wavelengths and are anti-reflection (AR) coated to limit glare and minimize reflection loss.
