The FindRScope® 85100C series is a compact, handheld infrared (IR) viewer designed for reliable detection and visualization of infrared energy beyond the visible spectrum. Engineered for portability and ease of use, this self-contained unit integrates a high-quality image converter tube, precision optics and an internal power supply to deliver clear, high-contrast images of objects invisible to the naked eye.

Available in two sensitivity ranges (350-1350nm (85100C) and 350-1550nm (85100C-5)) the FindRScope® 85100C series supports a wide range of applications including IR source detection, laser alignment, inspection, research and surveillance. Both models include a built-in 940nm GaAlAs LED illuminator and a factory-installed LP830 visible blocking filter, improving signal-to-noise performance by eliminating unwanted visible light.

The viewer features a ~1:1 magnification, a 24° field of view, and a fast 25mm f/1.6 C-mount lens, allowing comfortable handheld operation with sharp image resolution. With up to 96 hours of continuous battery life from a single C-cell and a lightweight, ergonomic housing, the 85100C series is well suited for extended field use. Optional close-up optics further expand inspection flexibility at short working distances.
